2025年9月，“推动中华优秀传统法律文化的创造性转化、创新性发展”正式写入《中华人民共和国法治宣传教育法》。《法律深处是人心：中华优秀传统法律文化探秘》一书应运而生。该书选取中国法律史上40余个典型案例，剖析案情、探究制度、揭示人性，由表及里深入挖掘中华传统法律文化所蕴含的经验智慧，为大众理解中华法系的独特价值提供了新的视角。
